Every year, an Opening Party or Welcome Reception is held by the host city to welcome the delegations from all the participating countries and to celebrate the diversity and unity the Eurovision Song Contest represents.

This year on a beautiful Saturday night in Baku, the 42 representatives were greeted on the famous red carpet to the Euroclub in Baku, where this momentous event took place.
